The cause fixed, not just the finish
Wet drywall is the symptom. The pipe, the flashing, or the appliance line is the problem, and the right licensed trade fixes it before the wall closes, so the same room does not flood twice.
Dried out, fixed at the cause, and put back the way it was.
A flooded basement, a burst pipe, a roof leak, an appliance that let go: DreamPro takes the job from the wet room to the finished one. The structure dried, the cause found and fixed, what cannot be saved removed, and the drywall, flooring, and finishes rebuilt, with the damage documented for your insurer. David leads every job in person.

WHAT WE CAN DO
A basement that took on water in a January storm. A supply line that let go behind the washing machine. A ceiling stain that turned out to be a roof leaking for a season. This is the work: the room dried, the cause fixed by the right trade, and the finishes put back to match the house. The written scope names exactly what yours includes.
Water still coming in? Shut off the supply if you can, then call 778-952-4258
Water out, the floor and the bottom of the walls opened, the space dried and checked, then rebuilt from the slab up.
The line repaired by a licensed plumber, the wet drywall, insulation, and flooring around it removed, and the wall put back.
The leak traced and stopped, the wet ceiling and insulation out, the attic dried, and the ceiling, paint, and trim put back.
Dishwashers, washing machines, water heaters, and fridge lines, with the cabinetry, subfloor, and flooring under them repaired or replaced.
The framing, subfloor, and slab dried and checked before anything is closed back in, so the rebuild goes onto a dry structure.
Wet material out before mould gets started; where it already has, the affected material removed and the area treated before the rebuild.
The damage photographed and noted as the room is opened, the repair scope in writing, and the work coordinated with your insurer.
Insulation, vapour barrier, drywall, paint, trim, flooring, and cabinetry, put back to match the rest of the house.
A leak around the toilet had gone through the floor. Everything but the tub came out, the room was dried, and it was rebuilt with a new vanity, large-format floor tile, and new lighting.
BUILT TO LAST
Wet drywall is the symptom. The pipe, the flashing, or the appliance line is the problem, and the right licensed trade fixes it before the wall closes, so the same room does not flood twice.
Framing and subfloor closed in while wet rot and grow mould from the inside. The structure is dried and checked before the insulation and drywall go back, and you see it dry before the wall is sealed.
Drying, tear-out, the plumbing or roofing repair, and the rebuild run on one schedule with one point of contact, so nothing sits half-done between two companies. David leads the job in person.
The damage photographed and noted as the room is opened, and the scope and price in writing for you and your insurer. If the walls hide more once they are open, you both hear about it before anything proceeds.
HOW A PROJECT RUNS
David sees the damage, finds where the water came from, and tells you what has to come out and what can be saved.
The wet material removed and the structure dried, the damage photographed for your insurer, and the scope and price for the rebuild in writing.
The cause repaired by a licensed plumber or roofer, the structure confirmed dry, then insulation, drywall, paint, trim, flooring, and cabinetry put back, tidied daily.
David walks the finished room with you before the job is signed off.
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
5.0 on Google, across every review
A random call to DreamPro Inc. from a google search for contractors was the best call I've ever made. David answered immediately, scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. A plumbing issue for which I had not budgeted left me needing to replace the tiles in my shower and he offered multiple options that would fit these additional expenses. On day 1, the tiles I had selected were not available (completely my fault) and this caused a delay, not just for my work but for other jobs David had scheduled afterwards. It didn't phase him at all, and he managed to source out a different tile that looks infinitely better than my first choice and still within my budget. A brick wall we weren't expecting to uncover meant a design change, and again, David made it work. He was so very easy to communicate with, kept me up to date along the way and was very quick to reply to any texts I sent. The icing on the cake however is the quality of the work he did. I know he was working at my home, but the quality and precision he provided made me feel as if he was working in his own home. No skipping corners here, no rushing just to get it done and the completed job displays a level of pride and craftsmanship taken with every single tile he set. The work will only be done once and then you have to live with it, so hiring the right contractor is crucial, and I couldn't possibly offer a higher recommendation. Thank you David.
From getting a quote to the final result, the project couldn’t have gone any smoother. David is fast, efficient and professional. He was easy to work with, open to suggestions and able to work around our two small dogs, without any issues. His work is clean & precise.
Dream Pro completely transformed our house. From the design ideas to the finishing touches, everything was done with care and precision. The crew was friendly, reliable, and always kept the workspace clean. We are thrilled with the final result and highly recommend them to anyone planning a renovation.
QUESTIONS
Shut off the water if you can: the main shutoff for a pipe, the supply valve for an appliance, a bucket and a tarp under a roof leak. Keep clear of outlets in standing water, and turn the power to a flooded area off at the breaker. Then call, and take a few photos for your insurer before anything is moved. Urgent emergency repair calls taken same day.
Yes. The damage is photographed and noted as the room is opened, the repair scope goes in writing, and the work is coordinated with your insurer through the job. The claim itself is yours to open, and the sooner it is opened the smoother the rest goes.
Sometimes, and the scope names which. Drywall that has stayed wet, soaked insulation, laminate flooring, and particleboard cabinetry usually come out; framing, subfloor, and solid wood can often be dried and kept.
Mould needs a damp surface and a few days, so getting the wet material out and the structure dried is the prevention. Where it has already started, the affected material comes out and the area is treated before the rebuild, and the scope says so in writing.
A 2-year workmanship warranty on the rebuild, plus the manufacturers’ warranties on the drywall, flooring, and fixtures that go back in.
