Bathroom renovations in South Surrey and the Lower Mainland

A random call to DreamPro Inc. from a google search for contractors was the best call I've ever made. David answered immediately, scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. A plumbing issue for which I had not budgeted left me needing to replace the tiles in my shower and he offered multiple options that would fit these additional expenses. On day 1, the tiles I had selected were not available (completely my fault) and this caused a delay, not just for my work but for other jobs David had scheduled afterwards. It didn't phase him at all, and he managed to source out a different tile that looks infinitely better than my first choice and still within my budget. A brick wall we weren't expecting to uncover meant a design change, and again, David made it work. He was so very easy to communicate with, kept me up to date along the way and was very quick to reply to any texts I sent. The icing on the cake however is the quality of the work he did. I know he was working at my home, but the quality and precision he provided made me feel as if he was working in his own home. No skipping corners here, no rushing just to get it done and the completed job displays a level of pride and craftsmanship taken with every single tile he set. The work will only be done once and then you have to live with it, so hiring the right contractor is crucial, and I couldn't possibly offer a higher recommendation. Thank you David.

We purchased an older home that needed extensive updating/upgrading throughout. Flooring; electrical upgrades; baseboards and door trims; interior painting; kitchen and one bathroom needed complete gutting and replacement. We asked neighbours for a contractor reference and we were given David’s contact information. He did not disappoint. David was very professional and conscientious about a quality job well done, but was also friendly and flexible to our needs, wants and budget and offered great advice when needed. He did a lot of the work himself, and has an excellent group of sub-trades he works with – all pleasant, efficient and professional. He gave us excellent supplier references for choosing our new finishes (cabinets, flooring, tiles, fixtures, etc). David and his crew made a conscious effort to minimize any inconvenience for us while the changes were happening, and he kept us informed every step of the way as to how the timeline was progressing and what stumbling blocks were encountered. We are VERY pleased with the outcome, and we kind of miss having him hanging around the house.
