The trades in the right order
Whole-home work is mostly sequencing: demolition, rough-ins, drywall, floors, cabinetry, paint, trim, each in its week. One crew runs the order, so no trade waits on another and nothing is done twice.
One room or the whole floor plan, run in the right order.
Basements, flooring, trim and doors, built-in cabinetry, secondary suites, and whole-home updates: DreamPro takes on the rooms that are not a kitchen or a bathroom, and the projects that include all of them. David leads every job in person.

OUR WORK
Custom closets and cabinetry from whole-home and single-room jobs. More finished work is in the project gallery.
WHAT WE CAN DO
Some homes need one room done: a basement finished, a floor replaced, a closet built properly. Some need the whole house brought up to date at once, in an order that keeps it livable. The written scope names exactly which rooms, and which work, your job includes.

A complete gut and rebuild, a layout redesign, or an older home brought up to date, room by room, on one schedule.
Basement finishing, theatres, gyms and offices, laundry rooms, and suites with their own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom.
Hardwood, vinyl, tile, laminate, and carpet, run through the room and into the next so the floors meet properly.
Baseboards and mouldings, interior doors, staircase remodels, fireplaces and feature walls, and paint to finish.
Walk-in closets, wardrobes, and storage built to the room, with the same plywood boxes and soft-close hardware as our kitchens.
Siding, decks and patios, pergolas, fences, windows and doors, and exterior painting.
Widened doorways, grab bars and railings, curbless showers, and layouts that keep a home workable for aging in place.
Rough-ins, relocations, and panel and circuit work, done to code by licensed subtrades, with permits and inspections handled.
Small repairs, drywall patching, and plumbing and electrical fixes, up to replacing old Poly-B water lines through the whole house.
BUILT TO LAST
Whole-home work is mostly sequencing: demolition, rough-ins, drywall, floors, cabinetry, paint, trim, each in its week. One crew runs the order, so no trade waits on another and nothing is done twice.
David leads the project in person, with the crew and licensed subtrades behind him, from the walkthrough to the final inspection.
Floors covered along the route, dust kept contained, and the work area tidied every day, because most clients stay home while it happens.
Scope and price on paper before the first wall comes down. If the walls hide old wiring, plumbing, or rot, you hear about it before anything proceeds.
HOW A PROJECT RUNS
David walks the house with you, listens to the plan, and talks through budget honestly.
The rooms, the order, and the finishes settled, then the scope and price in writing, phased where the job needs it.
Demolition, rough-ins, drywall, floors, cabinetry, paint, and trim, in the right order, tidied daily.
David walks the finished rooms with you before the job is signed off.
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
5.0 on Google, across every review
David and his crew were absolutely amazing. Very very reliable and went above and beyond for me building my sauna.
I hired Dave to do a small job on my house replacing some rotted wood trim and fascia boards on my house. He was fast and did an excellent job at a competitive price! Will definitely call him again for any future work I need done and I would highly recommend him!
Dream Pro completely transformed our house. From the design ideas to the finishing touches, everything was done with care and precision. The crew was friendly, reliable, and always kept the workspace clean. We are thrilled with the final result and highly recommend them to anyone planning a renovation.
QUESTIONS
Both work. All at once is quicker overall and disrupts the house once; room by room spreads the cost and keeps more of the home in use. David walks you through both orders at the consultation, and the written scope pins down whichever you pick.
Usually, yes. The rooms in use are kept clear of the work, and the site is tidied every day. A full gut or major structural work may mean staying elsewhere for part of the job; if so, you hear it at the walkthrough, not mid-build.
Yes. A suite has to meet the zoning and building code your municipality sets for one, and DreamPro builds to those rules from the start, with the permits and inspections handled.
Often. Structural changes, secondary suites, and most plumbing and electrical work need one; a like-for-like swap usually does not. DreamPro handles the permits and the inspections, and confirms what your project needs at the walkthrough.
A 2-year workmanship warranty on the installation, plus the manufacturers’ warranties on the materials, cabinetry, and fixtures you choose.
